Difficulty in breathing while standing erect is a characteristic symptom of Mercurius aceticus. Ulcers that have margins and are painful. Eyes Itching and burning of eyes with inflamed eyelids. Mouth and Throat Dryness of mouth and throat that leads to difficulty. Lancinating pains more when coughing. Urinary complaints Cutting pains in urethra at the verge of end of urination. Burning pains while passing urine is relieved with Mercurius aceticus. Male complaints Pain in the testicles with burning pains on the penis, aggravated by cold water and better by warmth. Female complaints Redness of the labia with internal swelling is relieved with Mercurius aceticus. Extremities Tearing pains in the limb. Redness of the joints is relieved with Mercurius aceticus.
